Mellom oss (Between us)

The installation Mellom oss consists of plant-dyed silk and embroidery, creating spaces within the space — a rhythm, thin walls that invite the audience to move through the room, and that move together with those who are present there — like a breath, a presence of its own. The simple embroideries, stitch after stitch after stitch, speak perhaps of time, and of the traces we leave in the world, and the traces the world leaves in us.
