Vesener på Slettebakken
(Creatures at Slettebakken)

The project Vesener på Slettebakken was part of Kode Kunstsatellitt in 2025 and 2026. 

Through a series of storytelling sessions, stories of magical creatures from all over the world were collected into an archive. This archive formed the foundation of a temporary outdoor art work, only visible when it rains. The art work was activated through a series of walks and workshops, and invited the public to experience their neighbourhood as a magical and poetic landscape - seen through folk tales and folklore.
